After rupturing my ACL and undergoing a reconstructive surgery, I gained a substantial amount of weight during a lengthy rehabilitation process with the intention to return to competitive muay Thai. 

I then began working closely with Erin with the goal to compete again. At first, I was very hesitant about working “online” but her passion and knowledge was clearly obvious from the very beginning. 

The process was extremely professional and detailed. She designed my weekly nutrition around my training load, lifestyle and goals but always kept health as our overall number one priority. 

After working with Erin for a handful of fights, I now eat all food groups during my entire “fight camp”, and have a better understanding of what I need to fuel my body to get the absolute most of my training.  I no longer have bad relationships with carbs and generally have a much healthier relationship with nutrition.

Erin was my coach and mentor and everything I could ask for when it came to my support and help for competing. I competed in 2015 and looked the best I have in my life. My Comp prep was awesome, it was well set out and easy to read, and included foods I actually enjoyed to a point.

Working with Erin as my coach has been amazing. Throughout my comp prep I had many spanners thrown in the works which really hindered me being able to focus on my end goal of competing in the May ICN. I had Erin as my coach for 14 months and over that time, I made some great progress. Erin was very flexible in incorporating foods that I liked, into my meal plans.
